These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of montanadecor.com and any purchase you make from Montana Decor, whether online or in our Missoula, Montana store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Montana Decor is a home decor and furniture retailer based in Missoula, Montana. We sell western and ranch-inspired furniture, rugs, art prints, candles, and home goods through our website at montanadecor.com and our physical retail location. 2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.


3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, and colors. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will be exactly accurate. Minor variations in handmade, artisan, or vintage items are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.


All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.


Certain items are marked as final sale, including custom orders, vintage items, and items marked as clearance. These are noted on the product page and are not eligible for return or exchange.


4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraud.


We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.


You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the size of your order. Large or oversized items such as furniture may require freight shipping and will be noted on the product page.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Mahri@montanadecor.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


6. Returns & Refunds

In-store purchases are subject to the same return policy as online purchases unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


7. Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders and special-order items are made or sourced specifically for you and are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once a custom order has been confirmed and production or sourcing has begun. We will communicate an estimated timeline for custom orders, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on montanadecor.com, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Montana Decor or our content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not alter the content and you retain all copyright notices.


Product images for items such as Barloga Studios art prints and Trapper candles remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are used by Montana Decor with permission.


9. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems

  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
