Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Vintage or one-of-a-kind items

  • Custom upholstery & made-to-order pieces

  • Customized lighting

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rugs & Lighting

All rugs and lighting incur a 15% restocking fee per piece, per return. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Customized lighting is final sale and cannot be returned.
